My wife Heather and I are proud parents of 11 year old twin girls who keep us both busy. While I was born and bred in Auckland I connect back to my homelands of Waiaua and Te Kaha in the eastern Bay of Plenty. I work across Adrenalin Group (a TV production company), Native Council (an indigenous ethnic communications agency), Māori Pacific Jobs (a Māori Pacific Job Board), and Mana Recruitment (Māori Pacific recruitment agency) I am on the Board of Directors for Affinity Services (a mental health provider) and Toi Tangata (an agency that enables whānau physical health and wellbeing).
